研究人員采用了小鼠顱骨缺損模型,接種iCALs后,進(jìn)行微型CT掃描和組織學(xué)檢測,觀察到了在12周后缺損被成功修復(fù),發(fā)生了骨化和成熟骨的形成。這給今后臨床應(yīng)用帶來了希望。
這項(xiàng)研究也有幾個局限,比如樣本數(shù)少,重組細(xì)胞因子的價格昂貴,腺病毒的安全問題,以及今后還需要在大型動物如兔子和豬身上做進(jìn)一步的實(shí)驗(yàn)。
